- start the tool
- open WD, select and run some tests
- while test session is active select any package in the tree of tests
- select Passed (Failed, Error, Not Run) tab and several tests in the table
- right-click/copy/names as (one, multiple) line

You'll get error box saying that "The harness is currently running tests, you must wait for them to finish before you can copy."

There's no obvious reason why this should be blocked during test execution. User may want to copy names of other tests, or, well, any tests. May be he started a long test session and white tests are running - he makes Exclude List for another session...

This functionality should be either allowed, unless there's something really important why this should behave in the current way.
