if a testsuite is open without any configuration ("Configuration: None" printed in harness UI),
and the user selects "Current Configuration" filter, please do not run the filters: just simply grey out all the tests similarly as that done in case of "Current Template" view filter choice (the reason in this case is "Temaplte is not available for current test manager").
