Javatest 4.2_b10

- Start the tool. Open WD on sample testsuite. Configure a test run.
- Start test run. Notice that Tree doesn't show ">" visual indicator close to the test, being executed at this moment, and its parent package.

This is a regression since jt4.2_b03. This functionality works well in that build.
