Report Converter tool: "Settings" menu doesn't looks a right place for "New" and "Open" items

      Javatest 4.2 (applicable since Javatest 4.0).


      - Start the tool. Open Test Suite.
      - Open Tools/Report Converter.
      - Press "Cancel" in "Create a Report" dialog. It will be closed and you'll see an empty tool window in front of view. This doesn't look very informative... However, this is another request.
      - Now check "Settings" menu - it has 2 items "New..." and "Open". Check that functionality...

      It's obvious it has nothing to do with word "Settings". Menu should be renamed to something more informative. I.e. "Report".
