Tools->Test manager opens 2 QSW windows

Scenario:
1. run Javatest w/o restored configuration:
> /set/java/re/jck/7/qac/latest/binaries/sampleJCK-runtime-7> java -Xmx200m -jar lib/javatest.jar &
2. close QSW
3. select "Tools->Test manager"

!! => you can see 2 QSW windows

- press "Cancel" for one QSW window => Test Manager with one QSW are closed
- press "Cancel" for another QSW window => exception at the console:
