Custom toolbar is visible after reopening testsuite while it must be hidden

      Reopening testsuite with disabled toolbars will show custom toolbar

      1. Open testsuite jt4demo_ts
      2. Open Preferences dialog box
      3. Uncheck "Displayed" checkbox in Test Manager tab
      4. Push Ok button
      5. Whithout closing testsuite open the same ts again

      Custom toolbar with 3 buttons ("Web", "Two", "Three") will be visible while "Displayed" checkbox will be unchecked.
