Clicking Done in Configuration Editor does not save config for the first time

    Description

      Javatest 4.2.1_b06

      - run harness. open testsuite (that requires template).
      - create WD: check "Open config editor" checkbox and click OK
      - in opened CE just click Done button
      CE will be closed without asking to save configuration

      If open CE for the next time and click Done it works OK and asks where to save config.
