"Create Report" button may be disabled while there are some report types selected

      Javatest 4.2.1_b06

      - open "Create a New Report" dialog
      - uncheck all report types - "Create Report" button gets disabled, it's OK (6806493)
      - click Cancel button in the dialog
      - open the dialog again - some report types are checked but "Create Report" button is still disabled (see attached screenshot)

      It looks like state of checked items is not saved on "Cancel".
