show the packages first in the test tree (sorting)

regression:
now javatest seem to sort the nodes just alphabetically (case-insensitive), but in the past it sorted them with the packages being first.
please consider to restore the previous behaviour since now it became inconvenient to browse the tree if there are some test classes and also packages as direct children of some package node.
