QuickStart Wizard doesn't bring up a config editor

When "Start Configuration Editor" is choosed in QuickStart Wizard the Config Editor should be shown after Finish button is pressed

Bring up the QuickStart Wizard, select "Browse TestSuite" -> choose some testsuite to open -> "Create New Configuration" -> "Start Configuration Editor". Then click "finish" - no config editor is shown.
