It would be good to have ability to put the copyright notices (CRN) on the signature data files while the file is being generated. Here is the excerpt from the Oracle copyright guidelines:

The notice should be placed in a *prominent spot*, such as the bottom of the first page of an article or Web page, or the splash screen of a computer program.

The "prominent spot" (the place for the copyrights) in terms of a signature data file can be the top of a sigfile right after the file version declarations. For example:

Adding a new option to the Signature Setup tool that takes a file containing CRN is probably the best way to implement this functionality.
