Javatest may stuck main window when ReportConverter tried to open a progress bar (wait) dialog

      - Create CustomReport that quickly throws ReportException - that is a legitimate way to inform Javatest that report can't be created
      - Start the harness. Open WD.
      - Tools/ReportConverter -> try to convert an input source to that "custom" report.

      There's a very high probability the harness will stuck.
