In ME Framework we have questions which depends on other questions. When value of question is changed values of depended questions are changed automatically. But there is a problem in questions loading. Order of loading is not specified now. When depended question is loaded before the main question then it's value is reset to default during loading of the main question.
So the order should be specified to allow loading of depended questions after main questions. For example order may be the same as order of adding questions to an interview.
