Issues with text visibility when using -systemLAF option

Using high contrast scheme:

Filter Editor:
filters list text is not readable

Report Create:
filters list text is not readable
text in Report Directory field is not readable

Everywhere:
TitledBorder's labels are not readable
all JDialog windows are not updated after color scheme changing on runtime (may be a bug in swing)
