When moving mouse over the list of questions, meaningless tooltip

 "The list of the questions in the current interview" instantly appears

Appears and pursuits the mouse pointer.

It does not have anything with the currently selected question.
It does not bring any usability bonus, it does just the opposite.
It annoys a lot like a fly.

In addition some tool tips are completely useless. It's hard to imagine that the following tool tips could help anyone:
"The title for the current question"
"The text for the current question"
"Advance to the next question"
I've checked this on Windows XP java build 1.6.0_25-b06.
Other than that:
After Javatest start the tooltips appear instantly. File-preferences indicated 1 second delay. After selecting 2 second delay and then back 1 second delay - it started workning with 1 second delay (for the first tooltip).
When I restart Javatest it again still shows no delay.
Same behaviour on jck.russia solaris x86 latest java 1.6 b105.
