new passing test from KFL does not have its test cases listed as new passing

- if whole test is listed in KFL and all test cases are passed - all test cases should be in "new passed test cases" and test should be in "new passed tests"
=> (!) in b17 test cases are not listed in "new passed test cases" for this scenario
