In JavaTest Test Table acc.desc and acc.name for all tables (Passed, Error, False) contain the following information:
acc.name = Tests names and the reason they are currently filtered out
acc.desc = Tests names and the reason they are currently filtered out

This information should be consistent with current Tab.

How to reproduce:
1. Start JT with option -Djavatest.focus.monitor="-open -bg"
2. Click on a test folder and then on any tab (for example, Not Run)
3. Click on some test
Description for the Table in Focus Monitor will be wrong.
