It occures when we have configured environment (TCK, workdirectory, jti-file).
For example, we configured TCK, set custom exclude lists (jtx-file), exit from and removed one of this file(exclude list) before next run.
When we try to start testing and set testsuite, workdirectory and configuration(jti-file) in command line, the javatest throws NPE and exit.
