Please add documentation content for the new KFL tab in the config editor's quick set mode. Needs:
- more info content for right pane (com/sun/javatest/moreInfo/)
- similar content in main help for config editor (com/sun/javatest/help/)
- document new associated menu item in Configure...

I've already created two placeholder files and added them to the map file - they should be hooked up correctly, they just need content:
