Shortcut for moving files down invoke Done instead of performing action

Keyboard shortcuts for moving files down in Quick Set Editor and in Configuration Editor in Exclude List tab and in Known Failures tab press Done and don't move files down. It happens due to the same keyboard shortcuts for these features.
