KFL List files is lost during switch between QSE and CE

      KFL List files is lost during switch between Quick Set Mode and Configuration Editor.

      How to reproduce:
      1. Open JavaTest and specify kfls in Configuration Editor in "Specify Known Failures List Files".
      2. Answer "No" to "Specify a Known Failure List?"
      3. Open Quick Set Mode and tab Known Failures.
      4. Switch to Configuration Editor and answer Yes to the question "Specify a Known Failure List?"
      5. Click Next. List of files will be lost.
