Quick Start Wizard is broken if javatest is started in workdirectory

      Quick Start Wizard can't be opened if user starts JavaTest in existed work directory. It can't be opened when javatest is started with -newDesktop, it also can't be opened by File->Open QSW and Tools->Open QSW.
