Invalid tooltips:
1.
open Create a New Report
open KFL Options tab in HTML Report
"List tests which were expected to fail but resulted in error instead" checkbox contain invalid tooltip. It's taken from the previous checkbox.
2.
open Quick Start Wizard
choose Browse the test suite or Start a new test run
click next to the Configuration question
Tooltip for the cofiguration file is "The jtm template file". It's incorrect because it also can be jti file.
Absent tooltips. Their absence produce inconsistentcy within product regard to tooltips in Menus:
1. Preference Menu Item in File menu doesn't have tooltip
2. Exit Menu Item in File menu doesn't have tooltip
3. Menu in Configuration Editor doesn't have tooltips for items in Search Sub Menu, Bookmarks submenu and File submenu and for Refresh Item in View Menu
4. Settings menu in Report Converter doesn't have tooltips
