Report Converter tool doesn't accept xml reports. It marks them red and doesn't allow to click next.
How to reproduce:
1. Open Workdir and create xml report (for example, "all tests")
2. Open Report Converter tool
3. Click Settings -> New
4. Choose the xml report
File field will be red.
