Keyboard shortcuts are redundant for some elements
List of issues:
I.
Keyboard shortcut Alt-C for questions "Which Exclude List", "Status" in Configuration Editor in interview doesn't work.

II.
Shortcut alt-l for Files in Quick Configuration Editor for questions Exclude List and Known Failures does nothing.

III.
Keyboard shortcuts for the Name (alt-n) and Description (alt-d) in Filter Editor do nothing.

IV.
Keyboard shortcuts for the Current Exclude List Mode (alt-m) and Current Exclude List File (alt-e) in Filter Editor window in Exclude List tab do nothing.
