It's very hard to choose another answer using keyboard in questions that provides Alt-C shortcut and radiobuttons.
What currently user should to do:
1. Press alt-c
2. press tab
3. press down or up
4. press alt-c
5. press opposite direction arrow
There is no other way to change answer using keyboard.
