Load configuration dialog doesn't respond on ESC and doesn't have shortcut for Cancel button.

User can get stuck in File table because Load button is greyed out and Cancel button doesn't have shortcut. Pressing tabs moves focus to the table where additional presses of tabs changes lines and not change focus of elements. So user can't press cancel button.
