      It's not possible to select hidden question using keyboard. How to reproduce:
      1. Open Configuration Editor
      2. Enable bookmarks
      3. Choose one question as a bookmarked
      4. Select "Show only bookmarked question"
      5. Try to navigate to hidden question using keyboard (by Alt-N and Alt-B) it will be impossible.
