An attempt to use custom SessionInterface leads to
IllegalStateException-s being thrown from following methods:

- ExecTool.getWorkDirectory
- ExecTool.getInterviewParameters

Besides that, the implications on Session type are found in the methods of ExecTool class:

getCreateWDAction
getOpenWDAction
update (3 methods)

and throw BasicSession.OrderedObserver interface implementation.
