Create a New Report dialog doesn't save previous state properly. After reopening the dialog it partly resets its state.
How to reproduce:
1. Open Create a New Report dialog
2. Select only Plain Text Report
3. Click Cancel
4. Open again Create a New Report dialog
Some checkboxes will be in turned off state (for example, Configuration, Results Summary), some will be active (for example, Standard Values and Test Environment) and all types of reports will be choosen.
