Legacy TCKs use two classes removed from JavaTest in 4.5 version:
Interview$BadHelpFault.class
Interview$HelpNotFoundFault.class

In order to start such TCKs these classes should be placed in classpath somehow. The solution could be to place them to jtlegacy.jar file.
