From an e-mail...
I noticed when reading the "Creating Reports" section of the UG, the TOC at the top focuses a lot of just the HTML report. It seems like it would be nice if it included heading for each of the built-in report types, even though there is no content currently - do we really not describe "Plain Text" in this section?
