We found that https links can fail to open in the internal viewer due to security management. A fix was introduced to redirect https links to the desktop browser.

Suggest that we add a Preference for the user to select whether the links are opened in the JT browser or the external browser. Depending on what bug system is being used, the web page may not even render, despite the protocol.
