There is no information about KFL on the page "Editing a Template"

      On the page "Editing a Template" in the section "Editing in Quick Set Mode" there is a list of tabs available in Quick set mode, but in this list there is no tab "Known failures list". This tab should be added.
      Bug is actual for the page "Quick Set Mode" under "Template Editor" tab
