In the reports, when there are 0 branches and 0 are covered, it
shows the coverage percentage at 100%. The 100% is true, but misleading because
users see it as reporting great coverage when in fact it's only 100% of zero.
It should be changed so that when it's 0/0 it equals "N/A", null, or something
similarly appropriate.
