Try to generate an html report using the report generator with -rel_links option
in effect (for example, as specified in section 3.2.5.2 of JCov User's Guide) on
Windows. Then, upon processing each class in given coverage file, the following
blocking dialog will be popping up:
  There is no disk in drive. Please insert a disk into drive A:.
  (Abort) (Retry) (Ignore)

Further report generation will be blocked until users pushes either of the
dialog's buttons.
