When a menu item in "windows" menu is selected in either of JCov GUIs,
the corresponding window is brought over all other windows, but it
does not gain focus (whereas it should gain focus). The following
JCov interactive tests fail due to this problem:

To reproduce this bug please try to do following:

Find 'Windows' menu on the top of GUI application
then try activate one of the windows from the
menu. This shall change the focus to that window
but does not.
