I've generated some reports from jvov, using -fmt html_ns.

I start off looking at the reports (report.html) , and click on a classname.
The screen splits into three, with the top section being the list of classnames.
If I click on one of them, the top frame further subdivides. That seems
like wrong behavior; it should reuse the existing frames.
