ugly error window in Jcov Browser GUI

Current b10 Jcov Browser GUI creates ugly error window.
To reproduce this bug please try to load file with non-jcov
data file format using 'File'->'Open jcov data file' menu item.
Error window with the following ugly message should be created:

'java.lang.Exception: malformed jcov file
(/export/home/gary/QA.JCOV/GUI/b10/bundl.linux/report.txt) :
"JCOV-DATA-FILE-VERSION:" expected, line 1: malformed jcov file
(/export/home/gary/QA.JCOV/GUI/b10/bundl.linux/report.txt) :
"JCOV-DATA-FILE-VERSION:" expected, line 1'

This message should be corrected to give user more
detailed and clear information about the source of
the problem.

Current JCov-Browser-150 SQE/QA interactive test
fails because of this bug.
