We fed this group of respositories and test directories to jtreg on linux, mac, and windows:

jdk/test:jdk_io jdk/test:jdk_nio jdk/test:jdk_net jdk/test:jdk_rmi jdk/test:jdk_time jdk/test:jdk_security jdk/test:jdk_text jdk/test:core_tools jdk/test:jdk_other jdk/test:jdk_svc nashorn/test jaxp/test:jdk_jaxp

However, that last test group is incorrect and there is no jdk_jaxp group.
On linux this seemed to have been ignored.
On windows, there was a "no tests selected" error noted but you couldn't tell why or where it came form.
On mac, 0 tests were run.

I think windows had it closest, but it should say from which test group no tests were selected.
Mac, of course, was worste by aborting running any tests.
