SignatureTest tool supports signatures update files described in 4.4.2 of User Guide.
The update file can be composed manually so far in XML format.
It can be helpful in some cases to be able to generate the update files automatically.
It would be something like sigtest runs producing update file for differences instead of
reporting errors for differences.
