provide links to JIRA/CODETOOLS from code-tools projects openjdk pages

      I visited http://openjdk.java.net/jtreg/ but I couldn't find any instructions there for how to find the JIRA CODETOOLS bugs for jtreg. Normally the home page for a project contains the phrase "bug report" somewhere. Perhaps there could be a public jira filter containing all open jtreg bugs advertised? And similarly for other code-tools projects?
