jcov does not show a reason of failure if an external utility failed unexpectedly.
jcov just prints a message like -"wrong command for create jimage:" and hides output of a tool itself.
Also, the method public static int Utils.getJavaVersion() should be updated to be able to get CFV 11 and above.
