The bin/jtreg script needs to be updated to allow use on Windows Subsystem for Linux.

As a guideline, anything that was necessary to do for Cygwin, something equivalent has to be done for WSL, with the added complication that with WSL you can test either a Windows JDK or a Linux JDK.
