      We need to fix/improve jtreg support for running shell tests with Windows Subsystem for Linux.

      This includes improving the -wsl option,adding -cygwin option, fixing use of WSLENV, and adding a demo test suite to demonstrate different ways of running tests under WSL and Cygwin.
