Handle different Look and Feels in JColorChooserOperator

      The JColorChooser UI is slightly different in GTK L&F.

      All Non GTK L&Fs have the Swatches, HSV, HSL, RGB and CMYK tabs.
      GTK L&F has just the HSV and RGB color settings.

      The treatment of the operations on the JColorChooser via the JColorChooserOperator has to be based on the currently selected L&F: - This issue is to track the changes made to the JColorChooserOperator for achieving that.
