Asmtools: Version numbering simplification

      ASMTools is being switched to use simple numeric $MAJOR.$MINOR
      i.e
      7.0 ea b08 -> 7.0-b08
      7.0 beta b09 -> 7.0-b09
      product milestones will be removed from the product info

      jasm -version
      Java Assembler Tools, version 7.0 ea b09 (May 22, 2020) ->
      Java Assembler Tools, version 7.0-b09 (May 22, 2020)
