In some systems, jtreg comes with a single testng.jar which contains both testng and jcommander. In other systems (e.g. Windows), there seem to be different artifacts. Moreover, it is likely that the packaging layout might change as newer version of jtreg are rolled out.

It would be more robust to just add _all_ the jars in the jtreg/lib directory when building the jtreg test configuration.
