This is to create a new build target (supposedly "test-gui") that would allow to run Jemmy-based UI tests as part of the JTH build/self-check process.

This issue is mostly about implementing the framework for having such Jemmy-based regression tests in the repository.
Plus integrating few tests at the start as an example.
