Two of the jtreg self-tests fail under certain circumstances

The test cases in BadTestClass for testing Junit support in the Basic tests fail when using the JUnit platform jar, because the "bad tests" are not bad enough and get skipped.

The test in test/7113596/T7113596.gmk fails when using an alternate build directory, because it assumes a specific relative path between the build dir and the test source dir.
